    To be eligible to sign up for the following services, it’s necessary to enroll in online banking

    Sign on to Online Banking and click Documents (navigation on the top menu). Below the account table, click the link change your document delivery methods

    • Choose Bill Pay on the top menu once you sign in to Online Banking.

    • Click Enroll Now.

    • In the drop-down menu, choose the account where funds will be drawn to pay your bills. Hit Enroll.

    • A confirmation page appears informing you that the processing takes 2 business days.
    • #
    • After you receive the confirmation email, you may select the payee(s) or enter one.

    • Click External Transfer icon on the top menu.

    • If you haven’t set up an external account, click add an external transfer account.

    • Enter your external account information.
    • #
    • The following screen will be displayed after you finish entering your external account’s information.
    • Hit the Submit button.

    • A pop-up window will prompt you to use your preferred method to send you a one-time security code.

    • After entering the security code, the screen below will be displayed.
    • We'll email you the instructions within the next 3 business days to complete the verification process.
    • #
    • Follow the instructions detailing the steps that have been sent to you.
    • Click set up recurring transfers located under the Transfer on date.
    • Enter the necessary information on the Recurring External Transfer form and click Continue.

    • Confirm transfer by clicking Submit Transfer.

    • You will land on the confirmation page.

    How to schedule recurring external transfer

    • Click All located top left in the menu.
    • Select Transactions -> Scheduled External Transfers.

    • Click Edit next to the transfer you wish to change.
    • #
    • After making the necessary changes, click Save Changes.

    • Click Transfer icon on the top menu (note that you need to have more than one account with us).

    • On the Make a Transfer page, choose the accounts from the drop-down menu for the transaction and enter the amount. For auto-transfer, select the frequency such as weekly, bi-weekly, etc. Pick the option to choose when the transfer starts and ends or set a limit number of transfers. Click Continue when you have entered all the information.

    • After verifying the information, click Submit Transfer.

    • You will be brought to the confirmation page.

    • Click All located top left in the menu.
    • Select Transactions -> Scheduled Transfers.

    • Click Edit next to the transfer you wish to change.

    • After making the necessary changes, click Save Changes.

    A security code builds an extra layer of protection. Every time you log on to your account with a device that is not used regularly, you'll be asked to provide one. Security code is only required once unless you use a new device to sign in.

    • First enter your User ID. Click Continue.

    • Select your preferred method to receive your one-time security code and hit Continue.
    • #
    • If you select Phone, you'll receive a call and be asked to punch in or say the one-time security code. Click Phone Call Completed after verification is done.

    • If you select Text Message, a popup window appears and asks for your phone number. Enter your number in the Mobile phone number field and you’ll receive a one-time security code from the number you've provided.

    • You'll receive a text with the security code.
    • #
    • Enter it in the One-time security code field and hit Submit.

    • You'll then be asked for your passcode. Enter it and Sign In.
