All you need is a current deposit account with OneWest Bank and a browser connected to the internet. You can open a new online OneWest Bank account at www.OneWestBank.com.
expand +Can I export information from Online Banking to my Quicken or Money program at home?
Yes. From Online Banking, select Account Access. At the menu bar at the top of the page, click Account Export. Choose a source account from the drop down list, choose an export format from the drop down list, then click the Download Data button. Direct Connect capability is also available for Quicken and Money software.

Yes, you may change your e-mail address via our Self Service page.
expand +Can I transfer between multiple accounts online?
You can transfer online between any account on which you have ownership, providing the terms and conditions of the affected accounts allow for internal transfers. Also, transfers from a savings or money market account are subject to transaction limits and possible excessive activity fees.

No, there is no fee to access Online Banking.

expand +What can I do to protect my accounts and personal information while I'm banking online?

OneWest Bank takes many steps to keep your accounts and personal information secure, but you can also assist in protecting the security of your information by taking the following steps:

  • Periodically change your username (select 8 to 32 characters that consist of a combination of numbers and letters).
  • Memorize your password; never write it down or reveal it to anyone.
  • Periodically change your password (using 8 to 32 alphanumeric characters).
  • Use your browser’s security settings and options to help protect the privacy of your accounts and personal information.
  • Remember to sign off when you have finished banking. If you forget to do so, OneWest Bank automatically signs off after the amount of time specified as your “Timeout” period. The default idle “Timeout” period is 5 minutes.
expand +What security measures are taken to prevent sensitive information from being intercepted online?
All Online Banking sessions are encrypted. This means your password as well as all personal information relating to you and your accounts are passed through some of the best forms of cryptography available for use over the Internet. If for any reason your secure session ends, your Online Banking session will automatically terminate.

Refer to the Forgotten Password link on the Online Banking login page to reset your password. For usernames, contact the Client Care Center at 877.741.9378.
