OneWest Bank does not charge our customers who use other banks’ ATMs. However, you may be assessed a surcharge by the owner of the ATM.

You can activate either card immediately at any OneWest bank ATM machine by entering your PIN number. You can also call the Client Care Center at 877.741.9378.
expand +How can I change my Personal Identification Number (PIN) for my new ATM or Debit Card
You may select your own PIN number for your ATM or Debit card at any OneWest Bank ATM or through our automated telephone system (VRU) by calling 877.741.9378.
expand +How do I report a blocked or inactive ATM Check Card?

Please visit one of our Southern California, or call us during the following business hours at 877.741.9378:

Monday – Friday

7 a.m. – 6 p.m. (PST)

Saturday

8 a.m. – 2 p.m. (PST)

expand +How do I request an ATM or Debit Card and how long will it take to receive it?
To apply for an ATM or Debit Card, stop by any OneWest Bank Branch or call the Client Care Center at 877.741.9378. You should receive your card about two weeks after we receive your application. Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) will arrive separately, about three days after the card.

Your PIN will arrive separately from your card, about three days later. If you do not receive your PIN, please call the Client Care Center at 877.741.9378 to have your PIN re-mailed to you.
